My name is María Isabel Hernández Romero. I teach the subject Educational Technology, which is part of the BA in English Language Teaching program at the University of Quintana Roo. This year (2013) there was an enrollment of forty students in the sixth term of their major. In my class, 14 students were enrolled.
The aim of this course is to provide students with the theoretical and practical tools necessary to face professional and personal challenges using low and high tech. The practical component is focused on certain competences: communication, information retrieval and information publishing. These competences will be shown in the final project through the creation of an educational project.
The forty-six students who are enrolled in the course have access to a course management system.
